Refund policy
At Blue Dune Collective, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Certain products, including personal care items, customized products, gift cards, and final sale items, may not be eligible for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
